Privacy policy

1. Principle
Plein’R Sàrl attaches great importance to the protection of your privacy. This statement sets out our Privacy Policy, i.e. the processing of personal data collected through our website or online services, or more generally, in relation to the provision of our services.

We collect and process your personal data with the utmost care and in compliance with the applicable legal provisions; the data processing is limited to what is strictly necessary and is carried out solely for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy. We keep your personal data only for the time necessary to provide our services or for the time required by law. In close cooperation with our hosting providers, we make every effort to protect our databases from external intrusion, loss, misuse and falsification.

By personal data, we mean any information that relates to an identified or identifiable person. Every person has the right to the protection of her/his private sphere and to protection against the misuse of data concerning her/him (Federal Act of 11 September 2007 on Data Protection, RSV 172.65; hereinafter referred to as the Swiss Data Protection Act)

Personal data is neither sold nor passed on to third parties. Any subcontractors receive only the data necessary for the task entrusted to them and are bound by confidentiality requirements. If you have any questions about our Privacy Policy, please contact us at the following address: Plein’R Sàrl, Rte du Soleil 18, 1926 Fully, info@pleinr.ch

Plein’R Sàrl cannot accept any responsibility for the accuracy and completeness of the information published on this website. We reserve the right to modify in part or in whole the content of this website, to delete it or to suspend its publication, at any time and without prior notice.

2. Collection and processing of personal data
By browsing our website and accessing our services, you accept and agree to abide by our Privacy Policy and agree that we may collect and use your personal data in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

We also process personal data about you and other people to the extent permitted by law and as we deem appropriate. When you voluntarily provide us with personal data, by completing a contact form, by subscribing to our newsletter or during the purchase process on our website, we automatically collect the following data: IP address, date, time, browser software numbering. We may be required to pass on this data to third parties to fulfil a legal obligation, in particular pursuant to the Federal Act of 18 March 2016 on the Surveillance of Postal and Telecommunications Correspondence and its implementing ordinances.

We only use your data for the fulfillment of your requests, for our customer service, technical administration and for anonymous statistical information for the purpose of improving our offers and the quality of our website.

3. Cookies
On this website, we use “cookies” and other similar technologies to identify your browser or device. A cookie is a small file that is sent to your computer, or even saved automatically on your computer or mobile device, by the web browser you use when you visit our website. When you visit the same website again, we may recognise you, even if we do not know who you are. In addition to cookies that are only used during a session and are deleted after you have visited the website (“session cookies”), cookies may also be used to store user settings and other information for a certain period of time (e.g. two years) (“permanent cookies”). You can, however, set your browser to refuse cookies, to save them only for one session or to delete them early. Most browsers are preconfigured to accept cookies. We use permanent cookies to better understand how you use our offers and content. When you deactivate cookies, it is possible that certain functions (e.g. language selection) will no longer function.

In our newsletter and other electronic marketing e-mails, we integrate, within the permitted limits, visible and invisible image elements that allow us, by consulting our servers, to determine whether and when you opened the e-mail so that we can, in this case too, measure and better understand how you use our offers and adapt them to your needs. You have the option of blocking this process in your e-mail program.

By using our websites and consenting to receive newsletters and other marketing emails, you consent to the use of these techniques. If you do not wish to do so, you must set up your server or e-mail program accordingly.

We use Google Analytics. This is a third-party service that can be located in any country in the world (in the case of Google Analytics, this is Google LLC in the USA, www.google.com) by means of which we can measure and evaluate the use of the website (based on non-personal information). For this purpose, permanent cookies created by the service provider are also used. We do not pass on any personal data to the service provider (who does not store any IP addresses), but the service provider may track your use of the website, combine this information with data from other websites you have visited and which it also tracks, and use this information for personal purposes (e.g. advertising management). If you are registered with the service provider, the service provider also knows you. The processing of your personal data by the service provider is therefore its responsibility in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

We have activated the anonymisation of IP addresses by means of encryption, which means that the IP addresses of users of our websites that are necessarily transmitted to Google Analytics servers are automatically truncated as quickly as possible (using Secure Socket Layer encryption). Measures against the loss, destruction, access, modification and distribution of your data by unauthorised persons have been put in place. However, we cannot guarantee that your data will not be altered, destroyed, subject to unauthorised access or misuse. By visiting our website and using our services, you understand and accept these risks.

We also use social network plug-ins on our website such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter. You can view them by clicking on the logos. We have configured these to be disabled by default. If you activate them (by clicking on them), the data about your visit to our website will be transmitted to the social network operator, who can use them for its own purposes. The processing of your personal data is then the responsibility of this operator in accordance with its Privacy Policy. The social network operator does not provide us with any information about you.

4. Transmission of data to third parties
Your personal data will not be passed on, sold or otherwise transferred to third parties, unless this is necessary for the performance of the contract or our legal obligations, or you have expressly consented to this.

5. Profiling and automated decision making
We process and store your personal data for as long as is necessary for the performance of our services.

6. Period of storage of personal data
Nous traitons et enregistrons vos données personnelles aussi longtemps que cela est nécessaire pour l’exécution de nos prestations.

7.Right of access
In accordance with the Swiss Data Protection Act, you have the right to be informed about, oppose, access, have rectified or deleted data concerning you. You can exercise this right by writing to us at the following address: info@pleinr.ch

8. Changes to the Privacy Policy
We reserve the right to change this Privacy Policy at any time without notice. The valid version is the one currently published on our website.

Version of 08 September 2020.
