Don&#8217;t worry, it doesn&#8217;t colour the hair, but be careful \u2014 it can stain fabrics.\u00a0<span style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Gently spread it over your head and hair using the spoon or a brush. Then leave it on for one hour under a towel that you don&#8217;t mind staining. Then rinse with water and wash with your usual shampoo.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\"><\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong style=\"font-size: 16px;\">Ultra-nourishing mask for dry or curly hair\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In a bowl, mix:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>4 tablespoons of coconut oil or coconut cream<\/li>\n<li>1 tablespoon of spirulina powder<\/li>\n<li>1 teaspoon of castor oil<\/li>\n<li>\u00bd avocado (optional)<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>If you add the avocado, use a blender for a smoother texture. Apply the preparation to your entire head of hair, then leave it on for one hour under a towel that you don&#8217;t mind staining. Then rinse with water and wash with your usual shampoo.<\/p>\n<p><u>Our tip<\/u>\u00a0: these spirulina masks should be done twice a month, so as not to tire the scalp.
